Tensions rise as Serbia arrests Kosovo police officers.

Serbia has arrested three Kosovo border patrol officers, accusing them of being fully armed and inside Serbian territory. Kosovo officials have demanded their release, claiming they were kidnapped on Kosovo territory. The arrests have raised tensions between the two countries, with Kosovo banning all vehicles with Serbian license plates from entering its territory.
