Fatal Fasting: 4 Die in Kenyan Cult's Pursuit of Jesus

Police in Kenya found 15 emaciated followers on the property of a church pastor, who surrendered to authorities after four of the people died. The pastor, Paul Makenzi, was already facing charges in the deaths of two children whose parents were members of his church. Residents had complained about Makenzi fostering cultism in the area, and police received a tip about possible mass graves on his property. Investigations are ongoing.
