London Seminaries Closed Over Girls’ Admissions Crisis

Leading London Rabbonim ordered girls’ seminaries to remain closed for the new school year until every applicant has a placement, expanding an admissions crisis to the girls’ sector. The Kedassia/UOHC Beis Din directive, signed by Rabbis Chaim Menachem Gelitzky, Yosef Yehuda Padwa, and Yoel Stein, aims to ensure no student is left without a school as communities work to resolve outstanding placements, following a similar pause in boys’ schools a month earlier.
