Passengers Arrested for Forcing Entry and Jumping onto Runway, Reports Say

A father and two sons were arrested in Turkey after attempting to reach their plane after missing their flight. The passengers forced their way onto the boarding bridge, with one family member jumping down onto the runway and approaching the plane. The men were subsequently taken to a Turkish police station, and the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that it was being dealt with by the Israeli consulate in Istanbul. Sabiha Gökçen International Airport confirmed the trespassing incident and is cooperating with the police.
