Wong pleads guilty in HK foreign-forces case, second security conviction

Hong Kong pro-democracy activist Joshua Wong pleaded guilty in the High Court to conspiring with foreign forces to sanctions Hong Kong and China, marking his second national-security conviction. He is already serving a separate four-year‑eight‑month sentence for subverting state power in the HK47 case, and the judge will decide the sentence for this charge at a later date.
