Dramatic Incident on Williamsburg Bridge: Two People Spotted Crawling as Police Investigate

Dramatic footage shows two people crawling on top of New York City's Williamsburg Bridge as police hunt for a suspect stranded 140 feet above the East River. The bridge was closed in both directions, causing severe travel delays. After several hours, the suspect was safely brought down and taken into custody. The bridge has since reopened, but residual delays are expected. This incident follows a recent rescue of a man threatening to jump from the same spot on the bridge.
