"Baltimore Key Bridge Clearing Progress: Containers Moved, Port Reopening Plans Announced"

Recovery efforts at the site of the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in Baltimore have reached a critical step as crews began removing shipping containers from the vessel Dali to access a key portion of the roadway. This will allow for the safe removal of pieces of the bridge from the ship's bow, ultimately enabling the movement of the ship and reopening of the Fort McHenry Channel. The bodies of three workers have been recovered, and the remaining three are presumed dead. Authorities aim to reopen the port and restore traffic by the end of May, with temporary traffic currently being facilitated through alternate channels.
