"ICC Issues Putin Arrest Warrant for War Crimes in Ukraine and Child Abductions"

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for alleged war crimes, specifically the abduction of children from Ukraine. The court also issued a warrant for Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova, the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Office of the President of the Russian Federation, on similar allegations. Russia's foreign ministry responded to the arrest warrants, saying they have no meaning for the country. An indictment of Putin would make him an international fugitive, and he would never be able to travel internationally.
