Royals Activate Pasquantino and Garcia as Marte DFA’d, Thomas Joins Bullpen

The Royals activated Vinnie Pasquantino and Maikel Garcia from the injured list, designated Starling Marte for assignment to clear roster space, added left-hander Connor Thomas to the bullpen, and demoted Jose Cuas (after demoting Josh Rojas).
