US tourist arrested for fatal attack near Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany.

An American tourist has been arrested in Germany after allegedly assaulting two American women near Neuschwanstein Castle. The man reportedly led the women down a trail to a secret viewpoint before attacking the 21-year-old victim and attempting to sexually assault her. Her friend tried to intervene and was choked and pushed down a steep slope. The 21-year-old victim died of her injuries, while the condition of the other woman is unknown. The U.S. Embassy in Berlin is aware of the incident and communicating with German authorities.
