Noelle Dunphy, a former employee of Rudy Giuliani, has filed a lawsuit alleging that Giuliani sexually assaulted her while she worked for him as his director of business development from 2019 to early 2021. Dunphy claims that Giuliani was aroused by discussing her sexual history and violent relationships and that he pressured her into sex. She also alleges that Giuliani did not pay her promised salary and demanded oral sex while she was on the phone with Donald Trump. Giuliani has denied the allegations made in the lawsuit.
