USA Completes 100m Sweep at Inaugural World Athletics Ultimate Championship

Melissa Jefferson-Wooden won the women’s 100m in 10.62 seconds and Kenny Bednarek won the men’s 100m in 9.85 seconds at the inaugural World Athletics Ultimate Championship in Budapest, giving the United States a rare 100m sweep as Olympic champion Noah Lyles was out injured.
