Multiple Rescues and Arrests Made in Kern River Incidents

Two men were rescued from the Kern River in separate incidents, with one of them being arrested for public intoxication. The Okihi property along the river, previously used by the Boy and Girl Scouts, is now being conserved by the White Wolf Wellness Foundation.
