A crane collapsed at a housing development construction site in Chelsea, Massachusetts, narrowly missing a neighboring duplex. The crane operator was uninjured and got himself out before first responders arrived. Construction at the site has been suspended while OSHA investigators work to determine the cause of the collapse.
