Tesla Recalls 125,000+ Vehicles for Seat Belt Warning Issue

Tesla is recalling 125,227 vehicles in the U.S. due to a malfunction in the seat belt warning system that fails to activate when the driver is unbelted, affecting various Model S, X, 3, and Y vehicles. An over-the-air software update to fix the issue will be deployed starting in June.
