Tesla Under Investigation for Suspension Failures and Recalls

The NPRA has questioned Tesla and requested an assessment of consumer complaints regarding lower rear control arm breakages. If the agency determines that there is a "serious risk," it may recommend a recall of all model years of the S and X vehicles. Tesla has been accused of blaming drivers for these failures, as revealed in a recent Reuters investigation. The NPRA's decision is expected by Christmas, and it has the authority to order a recall if Tesla refuses.
