Elizabeth Holmes to report to prison by May 30, ordered to pay $452 million in restitution.

Elizabeth Holmes, founder of the failed blood-testing startup Theranos, will begin serving her 11-year and three-month prison sentence on May 30 for defrauding investors. Holmes had requested to pause her sentence, but the court denied her request. She was convicted of fraud last year for misrepresenting Theranos' technology and finances. Holmes is challenging several of the judge's rulings on appeal, including his allowance of evidence about Theranos' test accuracy that postdated her statements to investors.
