"Ozarks Facing Closure of Family Dollar and Dollar Tree Stores"

Family Dollar and Dollar Tree, its parent company, are set to close over 1,000 stores, with 600 Family Dollar locations closing this year and an additional 370 over the next few years. Dollar Tree will also close 30 of its stores. The closure of a Family Dollar store in Humansville, Missouri, has left many shoppers disappointed, as they will now have to travel 20-40 minutes to the nearest store in Stockton or El Dorado.
