Delta First Class Passenger Accused of Forcibly Kissing Flight Attendant and Breaking Pilot's Meal Tray.

A first-class passenger on a Delta Air Lines flight from Minneapolis to Anchorage, Alaska, has been accused of sexually assaulting a male flight attendant, breaking the tray and plate carrying the captain's meal, and causing a "level 2 security threat" with his unruly behavior. The passenger, David Alan Burk of Texas, allegedly got drunk and forcibly kissed the flight attendant on the neck after asking for a kiss. Burk denied the sexual assault and claimed he only drank one glass of wine on the flight. Delta Air Lines stated that they have no tolerance for inappropriate behavior on their aircraft and are cooperating with law enforcement.
