Gun-wielding restaurant employee sparks police response

An employee at a Long John Silver's Restaurant in Albuquerque, Joshua Sisneros, was arrested and charged with negligent use of a deadly weapon after allegedly pulling out a gun in front of customers. Police were called by unhappy customers who had been waiting for their orders, and one witness stated that Sisneros handed the gun to another employee who fled the scene. Sisneros claimed that what people saw was a cell phone he pulled out to call his manager. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
