Surveillance video captures Amazon driver punching 71-year-old over Elk Grove parking spot

Surveillance video shows a 30-year-old Amazon delivery driver punching a 71-year-old man from behind at an Elk Grove ARCO gas station after a parking-space dispute. The driver, Terrence Wheeler, faces felony elder abuse, felony criminal threats and misdemeanor battery; the elderly man has filed a civil suit against Wheeler and Amazon. Amazon says the driver was not an employee but a third-party contractor and has been banned from delivering for the company.
