Coinbase ex-manager sentenced to 2 years in prison for insider trading.

Ishan Wahi, a former Coinbase product manager, has been sentenced to two years in prison for insider trading, in what U.S. prosecutors have called the first insider trading case involving cryptocurrency. Wahi shared confidential information with his brother and a friend about which digital assets would be listed on Coinbase, allowing them to make $1.5 million by trading 55 digital assets ahead of the listing announcements. Wahi expressed remorse for his actions and their effect on his friends and family, several of whom were in court.
