Tesla's Q1 Deliveries Impress Despite Economic Challenges and Chinese Sales Jump.

Tesla has dominated the EV charging market in the first quarter of 2023, installing over five times the number of chargers compared to its nearest competitor, according to EV research firm EVAdoption. Despite not qualifying for federal funding, Tesla has been able to expand its Supercharger network due to the dramatic ramp in production at its facility in Buffalo, New York, and a reduction in production costs. Tesla's newest chargers, including the "Magic Dock" and Supercharger V4, are set to make charging faster and easier in both the US and Europe. However, the expansion of the Supercharger network has lagged in Europe, particularly in places that are now receiving waves of new Teslas.
