BP pulse, The EV Network, and NEC Group have launched Gigahub, the largest public electric vehicle charging hub in the UK, located on the NEC Campus in the West Midlands. The hub features 16 ultra-fast chargers and 150 normal charging units, allowing up to 180 electric vehicles to charge simultaneously. The site aims to serve the seven million visitors attracted to the NEC Campus annually and represents a significant private investment in EV charging infrastructure. BP pulse plans to roll out hundreds of similar hubs across various locations in the coming years.
