Aunt of Falcons Players Dies in DeKalb Kroger Parking Crash

49-year-old Giselle Perry, aunt of Atlanta Falcons cornerbacks AJ and Avieon Terrell, died after a driver crashed into her parked car outside a Kroger on Wesley Chapel Road in DeKalb County. The impact also sent the vehicles onto the sidewalk, injuring a walker; the other driver and the pedestrian were hospitalized. Perry’s husband confirmed the Falcons players’ relation, and AJ Terrell posted a tribute. Investigators are working to determine the cause of the initial crash, and police have not identified the other driver.
