Maryland malls impose 3 p.m. curfews for minors after spike in incidents

Westfield Wheaton and Westfield Montgomery in Montgomery County, Md., will implement a 3 p.m. curfew for anyone under 18 starting Sept. 28, requiring an accompanying adult and ID checks, with security enforcing the rule and unaccompanied minors being asked to leave.
