A Delta Air Lines Boeing 737-900 (Flight 2311) diverted from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City after an unexpected pressurization issue, plunging from about 36,200 ft to 9,000 ft in roughly 10 minutes; oxygen masks deployed as the crew followed training, and the aircraft landed in Las Vegas where 174 passengers and six crew members deplaned normally and were rebooked on another flight.
