TL;DR

A 462-square-foot home built on top of a bridge in Alhambra, Los Angeles County, is listed for just under $250,000, attracting many potential buyers. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom home built in 1949 needs some remodeling, but it has a porch and a rooftop patio. The unique location of the house has already received ten offers over the asking price, and another open house will be held this weekend.
