Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has amassed a real estate empire in Seattle worth an estimated $190 million, including eight properties in ritzy suburbs. This includes four previously unreported properties in the exclusive Hunts Point enclave, where Bezos spent $45 million on home purchases in 2019. The properties, purchased through trusts and LLCs, are believed to be used by Bezos' staff and security. Bezos, who recently announced his move to Miami with fiancée Lauren Sanchez, also owns properties in Texas, Manhattan, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and Hawaii. However, his $500 million yacht, the largest sailing yacht in the world, is reportedly too large to dock at a Florida port and is forced to stay among oil tankers.
