Virgin Galactic Plans First Spaceflight Since Branson's Trip on May 25th

Virgin Galactic plans to launch its fifth spaceflight, Unity 25, on May 25, with six employees onboard for a short trip to the edge of space. This marks the company's first spaceflight in nearly two years since flying founder Richard Branson and its planned last step before beginning commercial service. The company paused operations for nearly 16 months after an FAA investigation into a mishap during Branson's trip. Depending on the outcome and data gathered from Unity 25, the company aims to fly its first commercial mission in "late June."
