This move affects the NXT:2050i and NXT:2100i systems, which are used for manufacturing less advanced chips compared to the extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography machines that have already been banned from export to China. Despite the revocation of the export license, ASML does not anticipate a material impact on its financial outlook for 2023.
