Apple's Siri AI Settlement Opens for Claims, Promising $25–$95 Per Eligible iPhone

Apple has launched a $250 million Siri AI settlement website for US iPhone buyers who purchased after WWDC 2024 (June 10, 2024) through March 29, 2025. Eligible claimants can file a claim by December 21 at smartphoneaisettlement.com, providing their iPhone serial number (or, if you don’t provide the serial, your Apple ID/phone number to identify the model). The final approval hearing is Feb. 24, 2027, and payouts are expected to be around $25 per person, up to a maximum of $95 if claim numbers are lower than expected.
