Baidu shifts from Nvidia to Huawei for AI chip orders

Baidu, one of China's leading AI firms, has reportedly ordered 1,600 artificial intelligence chips from Huawei, signaling a shift away from Nvidia due to US pressure. The order, valued at approximately $61.83 million, consists of Huawei's 910B Ascend AI chips, developed as an alternative to Nvidia's A100 chip.
