Bill Gates predicts that superintelligent AIs will be developed in the future, capable of doing everything that a human brain can do without any practical limits on memory or speed. Microsoft has already invested heavily in AI, unveiling a new version of its Bing search engine that runs on OpenAI's ChatGPT natural language AI technology and adding it to its 365 suite of business software. Salesforce has also announced its own generative AI customer relationship management technology, Einstein GPT. However, Gates warns that there are risks associated with AI that governments and society will have to address.
