Elon Musk Launches AI Company to Compete with ChatGPT and OpenAI.

Elon Musk is reportedly launching a new generative AI start-up called X.AI Corp to compete with OpenAI's ChatGPT. Musk has hired two former DeepMind researchers to work on the project and is buying thousands of Nvidia GPU processors. He has been critical of AI despite co-founding OpenAI and recently signed an open letter calling for a halt to training powerful AI systems. Musk thinks ChatGPT is politically biased and plans to create an AI model that is "truth-seeking."
