GMC’s 2027 Sierra 1500 Redesign Dials Up Tech and Power

GMC unveiled the redesigned 2027 Sierra 1500, arriving later this year with four engine options (2.7L turbo I-4, 3.0L Duramax, 5.7L V8, 6.6L V8) and a 10-speed auto, plus a tech-forward cabin that features up to three displays including a 16.3-inch articulating infotainment screen and an 11.5-inch passenger screen, plus a new MultiPro center console. The AT4X adds off-road hardware like 35-inch tires and Multimatic dampers, while the Denali Ultimate tops the lineup with over 60 inches of screens, a 12.2-inch driver display, a 15-inch head-up display, a Bose 16-speaker system and a three-year Super Cruise subscription. Pricing and final specs will be released later this year as GMC readies the Sierra’s market rollout.
