HP and OpenAI Align Frontier to Scale AI Across Customer Care and Operations

HP Inc. announced a strategic partnership with OpenAI to integrate the Frontier platform across its business, aiming to enhance customer- and partner-facing experiences, unlock telemetry via HP’s Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), boost employee productivity, and transform internal workflows with agent-based AI. After a February 2026 exploratory phase, HP will co-develop enterprise-use cases with a focus on governance, security, and integration, positioning HP to deploy AI at scale across devices and services in the future of work.
