It calls for collaboration between teachers and parents to educate children about the illegal nature of creating, possessing, or distributing such images, whether real or AI-generated. A study also reveals that a significant number of students are using AI to access inappropriate content online, highlighting the urgency to close the knowledge gap and prioritize online safety education. The charity warns that these images can be circulated online and potentially used for blackmail.
