
Three generations charged in Long Island case after 7-year-old's fatal abuse
Three generations of women were arrested in Bayport, Long Island, after seven-year-old Jor’Dynn Duncan died from a massive untreated infection tied to months of abuse documented on Kelly’s devices. Prosecutors say she suffered extreme restraint, injuries and neglect; Emily Kelly (50), her mother Barbara Renner (75), and Renner’s daughter Elyssa Seymore (24) were indicted on murder and related charges, with bail set at $5 million cash/$10 million bond for Kelly, $50,000 cash/$500,000 bond for Renner, and $25,000 cash/$250,000 bond for Seymore. All are due back in court June 23.
