Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff believes that AI will be a game-changer for the company, especially with its recently acquired messaging application, Slack. Benioff envisions that Slack will become intelligent itself, providing customers with an incredible revelation. Slack plans to add generative AI features to the program, including "Slack GPT," which can summarize messages, take notes, and improve message tone.
