Sam Altman’s San Francisco home hit by second attack in days

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman’s San Francisco home was targeted again early Sunday, two days after a Molotov cocktail attack; police say a Honda with two people stopped in front of the Chestnut–Lombard Street property and a shot appeared to be fired from the passenger-side, after which the car fled and its license plate was captured. No injuries or arrests were reported in this incident, and OpenAI or police hadn’t commented at press time. The earlier attack led to 20-year-old Daniel Alejandro Moreno-Gama being booked on suspicion of attempted murder, arson and related charges; the investigation is ongoing.
