Forbes Reveals Inside Scoop on Las Vegas' First Cannabis-Friendly Hotel

The Lexi, a new hotel in Las Vegas, has become the first weed-friendly hotel in Sin City, allowing guests to smoke weed in their rooms. The 64-room, adults-only hotel is owned by real estate entrepreneur Alexandre Rizk, who spent around $3 million on renovations, including a high-end air filtration system on the fourth floor to accommodate the marijuana-friendly rooms. The Lexi does not have a cannabis consumption license, but Rizk believes his business model is in an untested area of Nevada state law. Rizk plans to expand his Elevations brand to Los Angeles, Palms Springs, San Francisco, and Oregon.
