Airbnb Improves User Experience and Transparency with Site Revamp

Airbnb has released a summer update that includes more refined maps, new payment options, and increased transparency in the booking process. Users can now see the price of a listing inclusive of fees across the entirety of the platform, and checkout details are available on a property's listing page before booking. Airbnb has also introduced an Airbnb Rooms category that curates over 1 million listings, and guests can use a "Host Passport" to learn more about who they're staying with. Other updates include improved Wishlists, maps, and customer support, with a special 24/7 support team dedicated to travelers.
