Delta Flight Returns to MSP After Pilot Medical Emergency

A Delta Air Lines Boeing 757-300 carrying 178 passengers and seven crew members from MSP to Orlando diverted back to Minneapolis–Saint Paul after a medical emergency involving the captain; the aircraft landed safely and Delta arranged a new crew so the flight could continue to Orlando. The cause of the pilot’s illness was not disclosed.
