TL;DR

Delta Air Lines refused to transport a Russian woman who stowed away on a flight from New York to Paris back to the US, citing security concerns. The woman, who bypassed security at JFK Airport, was removed from a flight to the US after causing a disturbance. French authorities plan to send her back with a French escort, while US officials investigate the security breach. The TSA is preparing a civil case against her, and Delta is conducting its own investigation.
