"United Airlines Passengers Fall Ill After Cruise, Land in Houston"

Around two dozen passengers on a United Airlines flight from Vancouver to Houston fell ill with nausea, many of whom had been on a cruise. The Houston Fire Department evaluated three passengers upon arrival, but none required hospitalization. United Airlines is coordinating with health authorities and has removed the aircraft from service for deep cleaning. The CDC reported that most passengers had mild gastrointestinal symptoms and no further public health follow-up was needed.
