Amazon cargo plane crash in Miami: victims found in cleaning-crew van and outside SUV

Five people were killed and five injured when an Amazon-branded cargo plane overran the runway at Miami International Airport. Officials said the fatalities were aboard a white van used by an airline-cleaning crew inside the airport and a Toyota SUV outside; the van carried seven people. The Boeing 767-300, operated by 21 Air, struck the vehicles and then a grassy area near a perimeter fence as it left the runway. Two crew members were on board; the NTSB recovered the flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder and said investigators will examine air-traffic control and aircraft performance while focusing on recovering victims. The flight had traveled from Cincinnati to Miami, then to San Juan before the crash.
