"Hurricane Hilary Disrupts Southern California Rail Service"

Transit agencies in San Diego County are making changes to their services in preparation for the arrival of Hurricane Hilary. The North County Transit District will operate reduced services for COASTER and SPRINTER trains, with limited departures throughout the day. NCTD Breeze bus routes will also have schedule reductions, while some routes will be canceled. Passengers on COASTER and SPRINTER trains can ride any Amtrak Pacific Surfliner train. Amtrak has canceled several trains as a precautionary measure. Metropolitan Transit Service plans to operate normal bus and Trolley service, but detours and schedule adjustments may occur.
