Universal's Christopher Nolan epic The Odyssey posted the strongest first-day PLF presales at AMC for a major-studio title since 2022, driven by IMAX/70mm/Dolby/Prime formats. Traditional showtimes go on sale later this summer ahead of the July 20 release, and AMC reports more than 6 million seats remain in its large-format venues.
