Senators Amy Klobuchar and Richard Blumenthal introduced the Unlock Ticketing Markets Act, which targets Ticketmaster's multi-year exclusivity contracts with venues. Another bill, the TICKET Act, would mandate all-in pricing and an itemized list of fees for ticket platforms. Live Nation praised the TICKET Act as a "good starting point" and called for other ticketing fixes, including "ensuring artists can determine how their tickets can be resold, banning speculative tickets and deceptive websites, and strengthening the BOTS Act."
